Information for Incoming EURECA-Students

Application

All students of the EURECA partner universities who want to study at Technische Universität München (TUM) have to consider the following aspects:

Necessary Documents:

Exchange Students (only one semester): 

  • online application with signature!
  • curriculum vitae
  • transcript of record (all grades you made at your university)
  • 1 passport photograph (no scanned or copied version, we need an original photo send via ordinary post) 

Double Degree Students:

  • online application with signature!
  • curriculum vitae
  • transcript of record (all grades you made at your university)
  • officially certified copy of the Bachelor diploma and a document including marks (scanned documents will not be accepted)
  • translation: Bachelor diploma in languages other than German, English or French must be translated by a public sworn translator (scanned documents will not be accepted)
  • 1 passport photograph (no scanned or copied version, we need an original photo send via ordinary post) 

Deadline and Enrolment

The exchange application period for the summer term at TUM will start on 15th September.
The deadline for receiving your complete application for the summer term is October, 31st.

The exchange application period for the winter term  at TUM will start on 15th March.
The deadline for receiving your complete application for the winter term is May, 31st.

Attention!

Please note that we can only deal with applications that are submitted complete with all the documents required on or before the relevant deadline. We regret that belated applications cannot be considered.

Within the TUM admission letter you can find the date for the enrolment and further information.
